I am more than pleased with the service I received at Serra. From the moment you walk up to the check-in desk, to when you’re getting in your car to leave everyone there is so helpful and caring. There’s no other dealership I will ever go to. My family for many many years used to always go to Garber and I had such a bad experience there back in 2007. I said I’d never go back and I never have. I am so grateful for the gentleman that referred me to go to.Serra.

They part they replaced was not the problem and now I have to pay for repairs out of pocket. Will never do business with them again.
I appreciate the teamwork at Serra. The quick oil change techs told me to hold off on my oil change until the mechanics identified and fixed an undercarriage leakage. Then Melissa took charge and worked with Kevin over two days to identify and fix the left front axle seal. More teamwork enabled me to take the car home for the night, conveniently return the next day, and be shuttled back and forth to minimize wait time. Five stars for trustworthiness and teamwork!

Serra has consistently met or exceeded my expectations. Bob our salesperson has taken care of all our needs for many years and gone above and beyond in servicing all our needs.
Took truck in for oil change..a yr or so ago?…. discovered a split in my radiator… down to service dept, the truck went… estimated repair cost 2500.00….. like anyone else would, I wanted another est… it cost me 267.00 for them to let me drive away…. I would n e v e r use this place for vehichle repair … it was a company vehichle, and $ signs is all they could see… I like the quick oil change… but the rest…. I wouldn’t cross that threshold for any buisness

I had toget two wreckers so i wasn't pleased about that and i was given a truck for a loaner that i needed help getting in and out of every time. I thought that was ridiculous.

When I tried to ask a worker a question he walked away when I was mid sentence. Manager assumed I was being hostile and was hostile back with me. Manager said there was no one that I could talk to above him and said that worker wasn't wrong because he didn't know the answer to my question. My wife took our truck in and said she felt like one of the gentlemen looked at her in an uneasy and unprofessional way and then when we pull in they seem like they’re taking their time like there’s no semi urgency to get the job done in a timely manner almost as if it’s not a quick lube; especially after waiting in the vehicle line for an hour already as it is. I usually receive very good service at the Serra Quick Lube but the service I received on Friday June 12th was not very good. When I arrived all 3 stalls had lines. I chose the middle bay instead of the right most bay. Both bays had one car in the garage and one car waiting. My wait was an hour just to get into the garage. The right most bay had serviced 4 cars in that time with a 5th car in the stall. The middle bay had one technician up top and one below. I observed technicians sitting on the floor ... Was treated wonderful, loaner truck was ready right after I arrived . Told me car would be done by 2 ( about 4 hrs )and it was finished in about 2 hours. Everything was completed excellently and very efficient.

Contacted Mason Rabidue about a listing that I wanted to purchase and was told the price went up. Even then he said that the dealership would honor the price, I soon found out that they would not. If you advertise a price and don’t honor it, shame on you!

This was my second trip for same issue. Both times tech stated they could not find an issue or dtc. Customer service rep on first trip was horrible. Melissa was not friendly in to.me over the phone and was not willing to work with me to find a solution either. Based on her treatment I would never return to this dealership. The staff at Serra have always been good. First time needing the body shop. They were great.
Had an appointment was told the time to fix the issue, my truck was fixed at the time I was alloted, Leslie kept me info on the issue, the price etc;
I just did Doesn't matter when you go for an oil change and you have to pay $30 more for the same oil change four months later and blame it on oil. It's pretty lame. I must've bent somebody wrong because this is the second time I've had a survey deal with it.
Rodney was great to work with. Unfortunately, the detailers that clean a NEW car did not do good at all.
