I was welcome by the whole staff and they were super great to work with on my 2024 Silverado repair. Just purchased a 2025 RAV4 from Adam Hackel and had a wonderful experience. He spent the time with me going over all the vehicles I’ve looked at and helped me pick the right one for me. Levi in the finance department worked hard to get me a good rate and a payment I was comfortable with. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. He had the car waiting and warmed up for me when I got there. He answered all of my questions, gave me a complete run down of the car inside and out. He was very laid back and knowledgeable. Stopped in due to engine light coming on while I was temporarily in town caring for sick family member. Melissa quickly checked the code and gave me information needed to feel safe driving home to the other side of the state. Also, Kyle at the quick lube was efficient and friendly, as well! While working with four different dealerships, Serra offered me the best deal. They also worked quickly to have my new truck rustproofed etc. to close the deal quickly. It was a five hour round-trip drive to pick it up but well worth it.

Best experience we ever had in Dealership. Adam Hackel had all paperwork ready for us, worked with us on deal we want it prior even going to dealership. Did not try to get us in first like other dealers. That was big plus for us. It was 100% worth to drive 1h and 30 minutes. 2 months later I had hitch installed in same place.
