When I tried to ask a worker a question he walked away when I was mid sentence. Manager assumed I was being hostile and was hostile back with me. Manager said there was no one that I could talk to above him and said that worker wasn't wrong because he didn't know the answer to my question. I told him that it's okay to not know the answer but to walk away rather than saying 'I don't know but I can find someone for you that can help you'. Manager's response was he's going to tell all of the workers to not speak to the customers at all and continue to ignore them. Worst experience I've ever had.
