I have been with the dealership for 33 years and and I'm not impressed with the Service anymore. The people are young and not as friendly.

I went for an oil change. Had some issues with it but overall everyone was professional and proactive and completed the service as expected.

Went in for a replacement battery for key fob. Gentleman explained why it was happening and got me set up with a new battery

I am more than pleased with the service I received at Serra. From the moment you walk up to the check-in desk, to when you’re getting in your car to leave everyone there is so helpful and caring. There’s no other dealership I will ever go to. My family for many many years used to always go to Garber and I had such a bad experience there back in 2007. I said I’d never go back and I never have. I am so grateful for the gentleman that referred me to go to.Serra.

Second trip for a maintenance issue. Still not resolved. Will be going somewhere else to see if they can resolve the problem.

They part they replaced was not the problem and now I have to pay for repairs out of pocket. Will never do business with them again.

I appreciate the teamwork at Serra. The quick oil change techs told me to hold off on my oil change until the mechanics identified and fixed an undercarriage leakage. Then Melissa took charge and worked with Kevin over two days to identify and fix the left front axle seal. More teamwork enabled me to take the car home for the night, conveniently return the next day, and be shuttled back and forth to minimize wait time. Five stars for trustworthiness and teamwork! And when I was leaving Mike mentioned that if those in the government (and the public) had been in the service our whole country would have better teamwork/ cooperation. I agree, Marc Gantman

Serra has consistently met or exceeded my expectations. Bob our salesperson has taken care of all our needs for many years and gone above and beyond in servicing all our needs.

Took truck in for oil change..a yr or so ago?…. discovered a split in my radiator… down to service dept, the truck went… estimated repair cost 2500.00….. like anyone else would, I wanted another est… it cost me 267.00 for them to let me drive away…. I would n e v e r use this place for vehichle repair … it was a company vehichle, and $ signs is all they could see… I like the quick oil change… but the rest…. I wouldn’t cross that threshold for any buisness
